Pastor Jeff Zigler
Lead Pastor
Jeff started as the youth pastor at FCOG in 2002, and eventually became the Lead Pastor, and has served in ministry for over 25 years. Jeff has a passion to love people deeply, invest in the community, and foster spiritual development in others.
Ryan Shockey
Youth Pastor
Ryan began ministry with FCOG in 2014, and has served as a youth pastor in various settings for almost 30 years. Ryan has a passion to foster spiritual growth in teenagers, engage teens in service through local and international missional experiences, and develop leaders. Ryan and his wife Heidi have one son, Brody, and are Foster Parents through Josiah Whites.
Emily Mace
Office Administrator
Emily began serving as the Office Administrator at FCOG in 2018. Emily grew up through the Children's and Youth Ministries at FCOG, and has called this her church home for over 20 years. Emily serves as a member of the Worship Team, Youth Ministry Team, and now a member of our administrative staff.
Brad Stringham
Ministry Associate
Brad grew up at FCOG, was a member of the youth ministry, then served in the youth ministry for 10 years as a volunteer and is now on staff as a Ministry Associate. Brad serves in the youth ministry, in missions, in building and grounds, in preaching and teaching, and in other ministry areas as needed. Brad and his wife Ashley, have two children, Brielle and Brenner.
Joel Neary
Children's Ministry Director
Joel has been volunteering in children's ministry for over 10 years at FCOG. He now serves as our full-time Children's Director. He has a passion to help children grow in their understanding, love, and relationship with Jesus, and to know they are loved by Jesus. He and his wife Anna have one son, Judah.
Amber Stiller
Preschool Director
"Miss Amber" Stiller is married to her best friend, Reed, and is a mom of three children Chloe, Tenley, and Owen. She received a degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University and loves to inspire learning through hands on activities. She and her family are licensed Foster Parents, through Josiah Whites
